Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the client within 24 hours. This confirmation will include details of the payment and next steps for scheduling your coaching sessions.
You may reschedule a coaching session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be deducted from your purchased package and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
The Client agrees to notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be deducted from the purchased package and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Missed sessions without proper notice will be billed at the full rate.
Coach Globetrotter Maria Urbańczyk offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the coaching service provided, you must notify Coach Globetrotter in writing within 24 hours of the session, clearly explaining why you were not satisfied. If no notification is received within this time frame, no refund will be granted for that session. Refunds will be processed within 30 days and will be issued using the original method of payment or via bank transfer.
Coach Globetrotter provides coaching services through face-to-face meetings or virtual sessions (such as Zoom or other online platforms). To arrange session times or address any inquiries, Coach Globetrotter will contact you via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
